Groundbreaking marks the beginning of a
joyful sound in our community!
You’ll soon hear the buzzing of saws and the pounding of hammers, but first you are invited to hear words of encouragement & celebration.
Come for a short program and refreshments to show your support of safe, affordable housing and meet the families.

RSVP: by Tuesday, August 5 to Sea Island Habitat’s Christa Lewis, 768-0998 x111
Directions: From James Island, take Folly Rd. and turn onto Maybank Hwy. towards Johns Island. Follow Maybank Hwy. through Johns Island and onto Wadmalaw Island. Stay on Maybank Hwy. until it forks, and veer right onto Bears Bluff Rd. Go approximately 5 miles and turn right into McCloud Place (we have a sign). The neighboring property’s address is 6108 Bears Bluff Rd. and has a large black mailbox. If you see New Jerusalem AME on your left, you’ve gone just a little too far.
