This is a new tool I'm using to connect with our local churches for just a moment each month - I never felt more like a Realtor than I do now! You'd be amazed at how suddenly self conscous you feel when you know your picture is going out there for mass distribution...I must have taken at least 20 pictures. I'm sure that to any one else probably all looked the same - you end up resorting to the one you feel is the least bad. ;) It's almost like listening to yourself on an answering machine, you think, "no way - I don't really sound like that, do I?" Ahhh, c'est la vie... Now pastors can look forward to a cheese-ball picture of me in the mail! At least the message isn't cheesy - Habitat needs local support to change more lives!
